MISSION:
Our mission is to educate school-age children, youth, and young adults about issues that affect them and their communities. Through the use of our innovative programs and enriching activities, we're able to hone their leadership and community organizing skills. We inspire them to take action.
By providing the youth with the necessary tools to participate in our programs, we encourage awareness of substantial issues that not only affect them, but their world.
HISTORY:
The Gem Project was founded on March 25, 2006 and incorporated and registered in the state of New Jersey on October 1, 2007. Since its inception, we have educated over 900 persons and instructed over 30 programs.

We have led several programs which include: college campus awareness marches, luncheons, networking benefits, autism quilt building, public speaking workshops, interactive literacy programs, traveling awareness exhibits, community organizing workshops, young entrepreneurial contests and more.
