About The Y.E.S Conference, as cited directly from their website

(www.yesconference.org):

“Young Enterprising Sisters (YES) is an initiative of The National Association of Black Female Entrepreneurs. Our mission is to educate, empower and energize the next generation of female entrepreneurs and business owners. We promote economic empowerment programs that provide a path to entrepreneurship and business ownership for girls between the ages of 12-17. We encourage girls to become financially literate and create jobs for future generations.

  • To enhance the growth of young female businesses
  • To educate participants on business ownership and the benefits of acquiring securities, real estate and business assets
  • To empower participants with the tools and skills needed for economic self-sufficiency
  • To encourage participants to give back to the community and get involved with social causes

YES hosts the Annual YESpreneur Conference- A one day empowerment forum for girls ages 12-17. This one day conference consists of keynote speaker, interactive workshops and fun activities that will educate participants on entrepreneurship and wealth building strategies. Our interactive workshops are lead by seasoned entrepreneurs/business owners providing hands on workshops in areas of interest to participants.”
